Office hours are generally between 09:30am to 07:30pm Monday to Saturday. Your hours of work will depend on business needs and the requirements of the work you are assigned.

Policy effective from June 18th, 2024

1.  Meeting will be commence at 09:40 through google meet and Login time 09:30am. Login notification through Laptop Only
2. Every One must be present in the meeting if any personal or technical issue must be inform to your incharge prior
3. Since we are all on WFH there will be an hour lunch break 01:30 between 02:30 and break time – 5.30 to 5.45static
6. We always prefer to logout 07:30 unless or until assigned task is completed
7. Since most of you guys requested WFH its your responsibility to take care of your all internal issues like Shutdown , power cut , network issue etc.. compensate the working hours accordingly
8. Skype response must be quick and on time (always be active on Skype)
9. Production sheet must be filled out every EOD without fail (it will be reflect in your payroll / reward and your yearly appraisal)
10. Planned leave should be informed at least a week before. Continuous holiday/ taking leave without approval from your supervisor strictly prohibited and violating the policy will cause 2 days LOP. If in-case you are taking leave on Friday you must be present on Monday otherwise week end will not be consider under payroll except planned Leave. All the Leave Should get approval from TL
11. 1 year completed employees are eligible for CL (if reason is valid and if it is planned prior)
